I’m Hasan. I sell real estate in Calgary — and I’ve done it in Saskatoon for a decade before that.

So — I’m a realtor split between Calgary and Saskatoon, recently moved my base to Calgary’s NW because that’s where the next decade of Alberta growth is happening. I help buyers and sellers in both markets, with a soft spot for the inter-provincial relocation crowd: BC, Toronto, Saskatoon → Calgary.

My niche is the boring stuff that actually moves money: multi-suite house hacks, MLI Select, PREC structuring, commercial 5+ unit, care homes, daycares. The comparison “is the rent gonna cover it” math, the “does the legal suite actually pencil” math. Not yard-sign-on-Mahogany-listings work, though I do that too.

I lived through enough mortgage stress tests to translate them. I rent in Bowness for $1,200, so I have opinions about Calgary cost-of-living that aren’t pulled from a brokerage brochure.

On the side I run unmissed.ai (AI cold-calling assistant for realtors) and True Color (Saskatoon print shop). The AI background is why this site exists in the first place — I author it via Claude Code, fact-check it via Perplexity, and ship it via Railway. Calgary realtors mostly don’t do that yet. They will.
