VEGETARIAN LUNCH will be INCLUDED. We will also serve drinks and snacks.\n\n\nProgram\n\nThere will be 2 sessions in the morning\, 2 sessions in the afternoon\, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM\, including breaks and time for lunch. Each session lasts about 1h15\, including teachings\, meditation and time for questions.\n\n\nThe Teacher \n\nTenzin Gawa (JASON SIMARD)\n\nTenzin Gawa (Jason) is the main teacher of the Paramita Center in Montreal and Toronto. He took monk vows in 2010 from the Tibetan Master Geshe Dawa in India and received the monastic ordination from H.H. Dalai Lama in 2014 and complete ordination in February 2018 in Dharamsala also with His Holiness. Since 2000\, Jason has been interested in the Buddha's teaching and met his first teacher\, the Tibetan Buddhist Master Lama Samten\, in 2002. He studied and trained with him since this time.
