DESCRIPTION:Known for his relaxed delivery and quick wit\, his unpredictable style makes for big laughs and unforgettable crowd work moments.\n \nIn just 6 years in stand-up\, Faris has been featured at every televised Canadian comedy festival. He made his first festival headline appearance at JFL Toronto in 2025. He has worked with the likes of Hasan Minhaj\, Mo Amer\, Neal Brennan\, and has become a fixture on CBC’s The Debaters. With albums on SiriusXM and CBC Radio\, Faris also debuted on CraveTV in season 5 of Roast Battles Canada in 2026. His second album\, homesick.\, was the first comedy album by an Alberta-based comedian to be nominated for a Juno award.\n\nZac Wiggins is a fast rising comic based in Calgary Alberta. He has a perpetually startled look in his eyes and loves to joke about sobriety\, past traumas and outlandish personal stories. His awkward\, yet open on stage demeanour relates with the audience and never fails to leave them laughing. This past year Zac made his United States debut at the Motor City comedy festival in Detroit. When Zac is not on stage you can find him skulking around Calgary battle rapping anyone who challenges him.\n\nBanff Centre for Arts and Creativity is excited to bring together world-renowned musicians\, artists\, and writers\, as well as passionate audiences for the 2026 Banff Centre Summer Arts Festival.
