DESCRIPTION:Each June\, the Town of Canmore celebrates National Indigenous History Month and National Indigenous Peoples Day — recognizing and honouring the unique heritage\, diverse cultures\, and outstanding contributions of First Nations\, Inuit\, and Métis communities across Turtle Island.\n\n✨ Join us on Saturday\, June 13\, at the Canmore Civic Centre Plaza for a celebration of Indigenous culture\, featuring a pow wow demonstration from the Îyârhe Nakoda Youth Program\, featuring drumming\, singing\, and dancing\, alongside an Indigenous market and a dynamic pop-up gallery presentation by Authentically Curated.\n\nThis event is free\, and all are welcome to join.\n🔗Learn more: https://bit.ly/3ZK7R9z\n\nOn June 21\, we recognize National Indigenous Peoples Day.
