DESCRIPTION:Event Details:\n**Please note event timing – this is an evening walk**\n\nRegistration Opens:  4:30PM MDT\nScience Centre Activities including RO5iE:  4:30PM – 6:00PM MDT\nOpening Ceremony:  6:00PM MDT\nWalk Starts:  6:30PM MDT\nScience Centre Activities including RO5iE: 7:30PM – 9:00PM MDT\nEvent Ends:  9:00PM MDT\nWalk Distance: 3.25 km\n\nhttps://breakthrought1d.akaraisin.com/ui/2026BreakthroughT1DWalk/g/calgary\n\nAdditional Details:\n\nRegistration: To ensure we can manage event capacity all individuals attending the Walk must be registered\, including children and additional guests.\n\nAdmission: The Breakthrough T1D Walk starts at 4:30 PM. If you arrive earlier\, please note that TELUS Spark’s standard admission fees will apply\, and we are not able to offer refunds.\n\nDogs: We love our furry friends\, but for the comfort and safety of all guests\, pets are not permitted at the event in the TELUS Spark Science Centre.  Service animals are always welcome.  \n\nParking: Free parking is available at the TELUS Spark Science Centre.
