SUMMARY:Leading is Getting Things Done to Make a Difference
DESCRIPTION:We live in a world that requires more collaboration to get things done on behalf of others. Whatever role we play to accomplish tasks with others\, there are six fundamental activities. Once we understand this framework\, we will be able to leverage our strengths and coordinate and collaborate more effectively with others. In this workshop\, we will use Peter Lecioni's "Working Genius" framework to change how we think about accomplishing tasks with others— whether in our volunteer teams at church\, work teams at work\, or individually.\n\nYou must pre-register by May 24. After you register\, you will receive a link to the Working Genius inventory\, a tool for learning and self-awareness. \n\nFacilitated by Rev.
