DESCRIPTION:Join I Challenge Diabetes for a group hike at Fish Creek Provincial Park\, where the focus is on showing up\, moving together\, and building community. This hike is an opportunity to connect with others who understand the day-to-day realities of living with or supporting diabetes\, while spending time on the trail in a supportive\, welcoming environment.\n\nThe pace will be manageable\, with space for conversation\, shared experiences\, and learning from one another along the way. Whether you’re new to hiking or familiar with the trails\, you’re invited to be part of a group that values connection\, encouragement\, and doing this together.\n\nWhere: Fish Creek Provincial Park\, Calgary AB\n\nWhen: Saturday May 30th\, 10am-2pm\n\nWho: Open to people living with type 1 diabetes\, their friends\, families and supporters.\n\nAbout ICD\n\nICD is a leader in exercise and diabetes education\, engaging thousands of people with type 1 diabetes through sports days\, camps\, and adventure programs.
